General Changes

Mechanic: Teleporter Overcharge

- Added: Charging the Teleporter past 100% activates Teleporter Convergence
- During Convergence, living Teleporter Bosses will be severely weakened, increasing damage taken and disabling healing
- While Teleporter Bosses are weakened by Convergence, they will also begin rapidly losing health
- The Teleporter Shelter area will slowly shrink during Convergence

Mechanic: Potential Protection

- Added: When using a pickup picker panel, players will be granted 4 seconds of invincibility

Mechanic: One-Shot Protection

- Removed

Mechanic: Attack Speed Scaling on Cooldowns

- Removed

Misc

- Increased pickup range for all vanilla Pickup Droplets
