Looking at these changes, you'll invariably notice that we mostly removed the game's percentage-based healing. This may come as a surprise, but our reasoning is thus: Percentage healing necessitates a damage arms-race in order to maintain challenge in scaling. In longer words, stacking %-healing means your recovery time can only become faster over the course of a run and therefore, enemies must kill the player faster -- often into unreactable speeds. This causes cascading balance issues that must be solved at the root. While yes, it does make healing much less powerful overall, it also means that we can shift the balance towards less reactive forms of survivability, increasing your skill expression overall.

Bustling Fungus

- Reduced stationary time requirement: 1s -> 0.1s
- Increased heal rate: 0.25s -> 0.125s (healing per second unchanged)

Harvester's Scythe

- Now blacklisted from usage on enemies
- Changed healing: 8+4 -> 5+5

Leeching Seed

- Now blacklisted from usage on enemies

Lepton Daisy

- Now increases Holdout Zone radius by 15%

Medkit

- Now blacklisted from usage on enemies
- Status effect is now considered a debuff and can be cleansed to heal immediately
- Status effect is now hidden
- Increased flat healing: 20+0 -> 40+40
- Reduced percentage healing: 5%+5% -> 0%

Monster Tooth

- Now blacklisted from usage on enemies
- Increased duration before expiry: 5s -> 15s
- Increased flat healing: 8+0 -> 10+10
- Reduced percentage healing: 2%+2% -> 0%

Weeping Fungus

- Now blacklisted from usage on enemies
- Status effect is now hidden
- Reduced percentage healing: 2%+2% -> 0%
- Increased base regen: 0 -> 1.5+1.5 hp/s
