Improved Mobile AI
Tweaks the AI of the TR-58 Carbonizer Turrets to be more aggressive.
Chase Range increased to 60m (from 25m) ((this is not their laser range, only their targeting range))
Strafe Range Minimum decreased to 5m (from 15m)
Added various targeting priorities the turrets will try to use (default is highest health).
