Pretty controversial changes. I personally find it more fun to always benefit from Attack Speed, instead of combos being made impossible at a certain point, which is Mercenary's shtick.

M1 Changes:

• Laser Sword Duration no longer scales with Attack Speed.
• Laser Sword Damage now scales with Attack Speed.
• • 1 Syringe adds +15 percentage points, making each slice deal 145% instead of 130%.

M2 Changes:

• Whirlwind Duration no longer scales with Attack Speed.
• Whirlwind Damage now scales with Attack Speed.
• • 1 Syringe adds +15 percentage points, making two slices deal 415% instead of 400%.
• Rising Thunder Damage 550% => 600%.
• Rising Thunder Base Duration 0.4s => 0.25s.
• Rising Thunder Up Vector 3000 => 2000.
• • Changes to make it less janky and more of a sidegrade.
• Rising Thunder Duration no longer scales with Attack Speed.
• Rising Thunder Damage now scales with Attack Speed.
• • 1 Syringe adds +15 percentage points, making the slice deal 615% instead of 600%.

Utility Changes:

• Blinding Assault Duration no longer scales with Attack Speed.
• Blinding Assault Damage now scales with Attack Speed.
• • 1 Syringe adds +15 percentage points, making the dash deal 315% instead of 300%.
• Focused Assault Duration no longer scales with Attack Speed.
• Focused Assault Damage now scales with Attack Speed.
• • 1 Syringe adds +45 percentage points, making the dash deal 745% instead of 700%.

Special Changes:

• Eviscerate now attacks the enemies closest to your crosshair.
• Eviscerate now lets you move and use other skills for the duration.
• Eviscerate no longer targets allies
