Fathers Against Drunk Driving Official Modpack

Modpack I created for my friends and peeps across the Unofficial Lethal Company Community

Performance friendly, if your PC meets Steam minimum requirements you should be able to host. Weaker PCs can probably run it as a client after v2.0.0 (Hope you enjoy!!)

Focus of the modpack...

The primary focus of this modpack is to provide a base that can be used for your own mod list while adding an extra layer of immersion, difficulty, and strategy to the game without overdoing it (subject to my opinion).

This pack relies on Wesley's Interiors and other interior mods to add an extra layer of immersion to the game. Venture across the cosmos as you collect fun scrap that will help you unlock upgrades and keep The Company happy!

For an extra layer of difficulty this pack relies on Brutal Company, but with a twist! All events that prevent entities from spawning have been disabled, but you start with 10000 credits to spend on upgrades and anything you think you might need.

Lategame Upgrades is just one of the several mods in this pack that adds an extra layer of strategy to the game. Take advantage of it and the helper mods listed below to ease the blows you'll be taking from Brutal Company!

Things you should know...

How to adjust resolution and graphics settings

• this can be done in game through Lethal Config without restarting the game, just search "HDLCPatch" and adjust your settings through the in game menu. Ignore HDLethalCompany altogether, forget it even exists (it's simply a dependency for HDLCPatch)

Boombox mod

• this modpack includes YPlayBoombox, a mod that allows you to input links from YouTube and listen on the boombox (click the link and check out the mod's description for instructions!)

Lobby mods

• More Company - make your lobbies bigger, adds some cosmetics too
• Lobby Control - adds a late joining mechanic to the game in addition to some QoL tweaks, must be in orbit to late join! (the late joining mechanic is enabled for this modpack and it serves the same purpose as Late Company)
• Additional Networking - helps with desync issues (boombox sync disabled for compatibility w/ YPlayBoombox)
• Majority Vote - alters the voting mechanic so that only 50% of the lobby is required to vote, and one person can't vote for the ship to leave
• Custom Death Penalty - configured so that only 5% of your credits are lost when a body is unrecovered, also disabled the death penalty at The Company Building (Gordion)
• Coroner - adds cause of death to the end round performance report, also adds performance reports for more players

Helper mods

• Lethal Hands - fight like your life depends on it, cause it does. (adds a punching mechanic to the game)
• Buyable Shotgun & Buyable Shotgun Shells - also self explanatory (* pew pew *)

Disabling Brutal Company

• you might want to adjust the starting money in the General Improvements config (vanilla value is "60")

Known issues...

• you may soft lock when hosting a multiplayer lobby and trying to quit to main menu with clients connected (reason unknown, just quit through Steam or close the log console)

Disclaimer...

• this modpack is a work in progress, at the time of writing everything is smooth and functional. Updates to the vanilla game are subject to break modpacks, as well as updates to mods within the pack. Keep this in mind as you're (hopefully) enjoying your experience. I will do my best to stay on top of testing and updates. I am currently not open to direct feedback or helping anyone add their own flavor to the pack. Good luck.
