Spectral Chests are special chests unique to necromancers. Because they are a pocket portal to the underworld, they can store unlimited amounts of stackable items. However, should a Spectral Chest be destroyed, all of its contents will remain lost in the underworld.
NOTE! If you place a non-stackable item in a Spectral Chest and then close the chest, that item will be claimed by the denizens of the underworld—never to be seen again. This can be handy if you want a simple trash can, like getting rid of unnecessary Novice Cores dropped as loot by Odin's Daily Gift Runestone.
