Multiplayer Weather Multiplier Restores some unused vanilla code to increase the frequency of random weathers in multiplayer.
Rework Foggy Weather (Vanilla moons only) Makes foggy weather a bit less obstructive. Fog now matches the palette of the moon it occurs on.
Random Indoor Fog Randomizes the density of the indoor fog when it appears. It is never more dense than the vanilla value.
Shrink Mineshafts Reduce the overall size of mineshafts by about 20%. Some maps have additional scalars (Dine, Titan, Artifice, etc.)

Commentary

I like how weather adds a little spice to the day-by-day experience, and helps the game avoid becoming stale in the longterm, so I've re-enabled the multiplayer weather scaling as bit of an experiment.

However, I absolutely can not stand foggy weather in vanilla. It's super ugly for starters, and it's just not fun to wander around when you can't see more than a meter in front of your face. My adjustments to the visuals were also sort of experimental, but I found them to be pretty striking on moons like Adamance and Embrion, and a lot less frustrating to play around on Assurance or Offense.

I am definitely in the minority about liking the Halloween fog event, which is especially surprising given my vehement hatred for foggy weather. I am hopeful that scaling back the intensity a tad will make it more enjoyable for the sake of atmosphere, without invoking frustration from impeding the gameplay.

Mineshafts are definitely my favorite interior and I love exploring them, but they do feel like a bit of a slog to get through on the larger maps, especially Titan. With my adjustments, they are still larger than factory or manor on the same moon, but not to as extreme a degree, and the bonus +6 scrap helps a little bit, too. Titan benefits most from this change, but I also find it helps a lot with feel on Dine and Offense.
