Commentary

For the most part, Assurance feels fine to play, but I don't like how much it dominates the earlygame meta in vanilla... it has some of the best loot of all the free moons, but basically none of the danger, since it's only the second moon in the game.

I've just pulled back the scrap quality to keep it more in line with Experimentation. Most of these changes were done by swapping spawn chances with Offense, which has one of the worst overall loot pools in vanilla. Since Assurance is a lot smaller and lower risk, you have a much better chance of looting it all here anyway - it'll just take some muscle grease.

I've never liked dealing with Forest Keepers on Offense, and I've always felt like they'd make more sense to deal with on Assurance's terrain, with its multiple paths and boulders to use for cover. So I just swapped them, simple as.

Adding "masked" is just a fun bonus. Assurance spawns mask items, and earlygame moons already have an exceptionally rare chance to spawn enemies like the jester or the little girl... so I think they are fun for flavor :)
