Commentary
Vanilla gives individual enemies the capability to see through fog, but no enemies take advantage of that feature, normally.
I think it fits Old Birds well, with their 100,000 lumen searchlights. It also helps to differentiate them a bit from Forest Keepers, which are often far more of a threat to player safety.
(Note: This makes foggy Embrion extra scary!)
