Commentary
Offense is one of the worst maps in vanilla - awful monster combos, an endless supply of 2-handed junk, and it's completely outclassed by its "easy mode" counterpart Assurance anyway.
These changes, combined with the nerfs to Assurance, hopefully make the dichotomy between the two make sense. Assurance is virtually risk-free and spawns most of the junk that used to dominate Offense's pool, and Offense is the high-risk-high-reward version of the same general theme.
Interior chances were reverted to v66 values. The mineshaft's bonus scrap helps Offense compete with Adamance, and sets it even further apart from Assurance's profits.
I've added Masked here, firstly because mask items can spawn here, and secondly because I think they fit Offense's general gameplay well - lots of medium strength but mortal enemies. Masked feel a bit forgotten after v45 and I'd like to make them a bit more prevalent again anyway.
Eclipse count was nerfed from 4 to 3, which is still a lot for a free moon - Embrion and Dine were the only other moons in the game with such a high spawn rate. (3 is on par with Rend, Titan, and Artifice.) Visiting Offense during an eclipse is still a pretty bad idea, anyway, but maybe not as insurmountable as before.
