- Increased health regen from 1.0 -> 2.5 to revert the 1.0 Update health regen nerf.

- (RiskyTweaks) Expose Combo hit no longer scales with attack speed.
Utilities
- Blinding Assault
- Increased damage from 300% -> 450% so it's not as outclassed by Focused Assault.

- Eviscerate
- (RiskyFixes) No longer gets caught on allies.
