Removing her self revive (she already has giga self-healing and barrier, why does she need this???) and buffing her default M2 so it's not completely outclassed by the alt.

- No longer scales healing with Tranquility.
- Now scales damage with Tranquility (+100% base damage per stack)
Specials
- Meditate
- (RiskyTweaks) Stuns and cleanses projectiles within the radius.
- No longer self-revives.
