Installation
- Use r2modman (recommended) or Thunderstore Mod Manager to install the mod.
- Download and install the mod using the mod manager.
- (Optional) Update BepInEx to the latest version.
Updating BepInEx
It is adviced to do so for potential performance improvements and bug fixes. Some plugins target a version of BepInEx higher than it is provided by Lethal Company Thunderstore page. Here's how to update it:
- Open your mod manager and navigate to
Settings. Go to theLocationstab and clickBrowse profile folder. Your profile folder will open in your file explorer. Leave it open. - Download BepInEx 5.4.23.2 or open releases page and download the latest 5.x version.
- Extract the contents of the downloaded archive to your profile folder, overwriting existing files.
Note: All of the players in your game must have the same version of BepInEx. If you are playing with friends, make sure to update BepInEx on their computers as well.
Launch options
You can add the following launch options for potential performance improvements:
-nolog -no-stereo-rendering -screen-quality Fastest -force-d3d11-no-singlethreaded
To set launch options, open your mod manager, navigate to Settings, go to the Debugging tab, click Set launch parameters and paste the launch options above. Setting launch options directly in Steam would not work. If you're using VR, remove -no-stereo-rendering parameter.
