Welcome to Ayyobee's Lethal Company Modpack! A quality life modpack I put together for my friends who love horror games so my mods cater to a more than just surviving the monsters, but now your own sanity as well.

You're a contracted worker for the company. You are to survive, hunt, and retrieve scraps from the abandoned facilites to meet the quota. Take heed and note that sanity is a new obstacle that must be monitored or else you'll fall astray. Every new quota is rewarded with XP you can spend to improve yourself and your ship!

Installation

(Manual Install) 🔨

  • Right click on Lethal Company in steam's library.
    • Properties
      • Installed files
        • Browse. (This'll show where the folder Lethal Company.exe is located.)
        • Make sure you have BepInEx installed within that folder. (where Lethal Company.exe is located).
        • Extract my zip file into that main folder

- Bulletproofing vests 	- Protect yourself with this bulletproof vest. Its ONLY protected from projectiles.
- Flippers				- You will swim in the direction you are looking at. Press the jump key to ascend or the crouch key to descend.
- Rocket Boots			- They allow you to perform a double jump.
- Lightning Rod			- Take the initiative and place a lightning rod outside. After being deployed you can't pick it up again but at least it is working.
- Missile Launcher		- Distract enemies from a mile away. One missile launcher comes with 3 preloaded missiles.
- Tactical Helmet		- Long Range flashlight with Radio capabilities.

  • Bringing lategame store bought upgrades and items to you! The following configurations are split into into three separate ones; suit, ship, single upgrades. Each upgrade may have multiple levels and different interactions with the player.
  • Prices for upgrades have been increased due to Advanced Company's perks system and may further increase.
  • Prices for store bought items(most) have been decreased for accessibility.
  • You can now buy contracts for extra income acting as incentive visiting non paid moons.

Contracts

  • Exorcism Contract

    • Paranormal activity has been detected in the facility at the given moon.
    • You must find the ritual site, discover what type of ghost you have to exorcise, enter demon GhostType into the terminal to get the correct ritual instructions.
    • Collect ritual items and correctly conduct the ritual to banish the ghost and get your loot.
    • 10 ghost types
    • 5 ritual items
  • Data Contract

    • An active device has been detected in the facility at the given moon.
    • You must find it then 'hack' it and retrieve a valuable .db file.
    • To do this you have to enter the devices IP address into the terminal with the bruteforce command.
    • Then you can login with the credentials and start looking for the file through the terminal.
    • use ls cd and mv ls lists the files in that directory, cd changes to a directory (.. or ~ to go back) and mv moves a file (use to win the game).
      • EX: cd someDirectory, cd ../cd ~, ls, mv survey.db
  • Exterminator Contract

    • The facility at the given moon has become overun with Hoarding bugs.
    • You must find and destroy their nest.
    • The bugs are very aggressive. Work tactifully with your team to ensure your success.
    • Hold E on the nest to destroy it and get the loot.
    • Pair with the hunter upgrade to get filthy rich.
  • Bomb Defusal Contract

    • A bomb has been planted in the facility at the given moon.
    • You must locate and defuse it.
    • Each bomb will have three wires, a timer, and a serial number.
    • Enter lookup SerialNumber in the terminal to get defusal instructions.
    • Cutting the wrong wire is fatal, entering the wrong serial number will give you incorrect instructions.
  • Extraction Contract

    • An operative from another crew has been lost in the facility on the given moon.
    • You must find and retrieve them.
    • You will need to bring or find a medkit to heal them then carry them out.
    • Animated NPC with 20 custom voicelines and 3 different states.
    • Very loud.

- Helmet				- Blocks incoming damage for 2 hits.
- Diving Kit			- Heavy, two handed, low visibility. Can breathe underwater.
- Medkit				- left click to heal, Limited uses.  Heals 20 health.
- Peeper				- Looks at coil heads for you. But what about the others??
- Portable Tele 		- An item that when used teleports you back to the ship. 90% chance to get destroyed on use. Keeps items.
- AdvPort. Tele 		- Same as above, 20% chance to get destroyed on use.
- NightVision Goggles	- Pick up and lmb to equip.
- Wheelbarrow & Cart	- Two handed item that lets you carry other items. Makes noise. The cart is weighted scrap found within interiors.

- Running Shoes			- Faster running speed + Light Footed (Maxed Level)

- Sick Beats			- Upgrades boombox that gives buffs to players in radius.  Move speed, damage, defense, and stamnia regen.
- Lightning Rod			- Redirects lightning to the ship. The closer you (and your metal object) are to the ship, the more likely the ship will attract the lightning.
- Fast Encryption		- Upgrades the signal transmitter.
- Discombobulator		- Enter initattack into the terminal to stun enemies around the ship and cooldown to view cooldown + Damage (Maxed Level)
- Hunter				- Allows you to collect and sell samples from dead monsters. Each tier unlocks more monsters
- Walkie GPS 			- Upgrades the walkie talkie to show your position and time. Must be holding it. Useful for fog or finding home.

- Protein Powder		- Final upgrade of protein powder unlocks the chance to deal a critical hit
- Malware Broadcaster	- Instead of disabling turrets and landmines; Destroy them. Can enable alternate behaviours - Exploding hazards (default), destroying, or disabling for a longer period.
- Locksmith				- Just run into a locked door to start the minigame. Strike the pins in the order they flash to unlock the door.

  • Skinwalker - Clientside
    • May cause stutters. Moving Lethal Company to an SSD to handle the load may fix it, Or else disable the mod.
  • SellBodies - Serverside
    • Death animations are cut. Less desync on clients, but loot works. Got rid of Nutcracker body so it can spawn it's shotgun/shells.
  • SecretLabs - Serverside
    • Had mulitple issues of players crashing outside after some time on the moon. Not everyones crashing though. Proceed to the moon with this in mind.
  • Scoopy Variety Mod - Serverside
    • Sewer interior may break pathfinding for modded monsters. Caution when finding this interior.
    • Same with castle dungeon. Caution when finding this interior.
  • MoretInteriors - Serverside
    • Apparatus may still be only visible to the host until updated more. Caution when finding this interior.
  • Office - Serverside
    • Buggy AF. The apparatus may bug out itself and the elevator has desync. Use the safety of the ladder or fire exit near you. Caution when finding this interior.

  • Don't like certain mods I put in? Best to disable it but make sure that everyone has the same mods/configurations.

  • I've always wanted to add more mods that bring diversity and variety to the experience whether they're immersive or add more moons that are compatible.
