Goal:
The Pack was developed with 4 goals in mind.
1: Add new content that (mostly) fits the base game
2: Make the game less RNG dependant while not becoming stupidly easy
3: Expand player options
4: Quality of life changes, especially to multiplayer

The Specifics:
Allies will inherit a portion of the items from whoever activates them.
No allies can inherit red, yellow, and lunar items.
For the most part no allies can inherit the following list of white/green items:
Backup Mag, Fireworks, Fungus, Slug, Crowbar, Energy Drink, Tougher Times, Warbanner, Rusted Key,
ATG, Rose Buckler, Fuel Cell, Hopoo Feather, Squid Turret, Lepton Daisy, Guillotine, Stealthkit, War Horn,
Wax Quail, Runalds Band, and Kjaro's Band.
The exceptions to these rules are Squid Turrets, Aurelionite, and Engineer Turrets.
Squid turrets in addition to the restrictions cannot inherit any vanilla healing items.
Aurelionite can inherit every white and green item in the game, but still no reds, yellows, or lunars.
-if multiple people have the Halcyon Seed it will randomly choose who to inherit from.
The Engineer's Turrets are totally unaffected by this mod, they will function normally.
Of the items that allies can inherit only 30% of the items from each stack will be inherited.
(Ex. 10 lens makers gives a 30% crit chance)
The rebalances made to vanilla survivors isn't stated ingame. Please check the following to see the changes made.
