SOTV is HIGHLY recommended as the modpack is not tested without it.

The modpack is mostly tested in singleplayer

The balance for the modded items (and the modpack in general) will not be 100% perfect/in-line with wrb's balancing as I haven't had a ton of time to experiment. (this will be ironed out in later updates.)

It is a good bit harder than vanilla so don't be afraid to pick an easier difficulty.

Its exactly a small modpack so not everybody will be able to run it perfectly.

Made some changes to survivors however I didn't do anything major to avoid making things unfun I just tuned down the very strong ones and tuned up the weaker ones.
Just changing stats isn't a perfect solution but I could spend 30-50+ hours learning to code, spend 5-15+ hours learning the ror codebase, spend 10-20+ hours coding custom mods, and 5-10+ hours fine-tuning it.
